Our approach prioritises listening and dialogue through three interconnected activity streams: undertaking direct consultations with conflict-affected communities to identify the root causes of violence, bridging these grassroots insights with national and regional decision-making processes, and facilitating regional learning exchanges to shape wider policy and best practices. The PAG harnesses the diverse specialised knowledge of its members to navigate complex regional dynamics, utilising the influence of seasoned diplomats, researchers, and leaders from religious, civil society, and business sectors to bridge grassroots insights with high-level policy guidance and strategic access across local, national, and regional levels.
